When you message Lesmee through Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Zalo Official Account or email, our system stores:
- Your display name on that platform
- The user ID that platform assigns to you
- The content of your messages
- Files and images you send as attachments
You can ask us to delete this data at any time: email hello@lesmee.com, or send the request in the same channel you used, with your name and the account you messaged us from. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email once it is done.
